adware generic .CZP.I have one of these.I'm using AVG and when I go to delete it I get warnings of"forced removal may cause system crash".It's in windows\Downloaded program files\gsda.dll.Any help would be appreciated.

AVG has a free forum that you can send your request to.
You could also try some free spyware/malware programs to try and remove it.

Right click on the suspect file, then click properties.Scarey said:
If it's legit it will have all fields filled with info giving the ID of the file. Usually suspicious spyware files have missing info, blank spaces where info should be or strange markings there, which is a tipoff it's spyware. Just delete it if the suspect file doesn't show proper identification.
