Sweet City Raided

Sweet City was raided yesterday at 6pm (shift change) There are no specifics at this time...no major details as far as I know. The girls and I are glad we got out when we did.

I am not sure if there are anymore that are being raided. It would be a wise assumption to think that the LE are not finished.
They will want to get the message out, trying to clean up London I suppose.

Just thought you'd want to know!

For years... London was a hobbyist paradise. But it's pretty obvious City Council and the Mayor are now on a mission. First it was the SC's and now the MP's. It does make you wonder how often they read this board and adultmb to get their information. It also amazes me that they only went after this place... and not the obvious #1 player.

They only went after one to start with because they are naive to think that it will scare all the other parlours into closing.! That is a joke! Some girls will leave, but one parlour is not enough to shut down the others. The girls have been through this before....they are scared or they could care less.

I would assume that calloway was meaning the Blue Chain of parlours, since there are 4 of them. Perhaps they get treated a little differently due to their connections........?

So other than an awkward moment...

What is the deal on raids in London. I was at QS in Hammertown the day after a raid. The raid was carried out by bylaw officers and apparently they were checking for fire exits blocked or chained, cleanliness in the showers etc. According to the MPA I saw, the one customer that was there was "asked" to leave, but was not asked to identify himself.

I think that unless there is graphic evidence that something illegal is going on, and we all know that that is not ever the case, the raids aren't that big of a deal.

The only thing that changed as result, that I'm aware of, is that when you pay the door fee, they want to put your name on the receipt. The receptionist commented at the large number of "John Smiths" that come in to have their stiffness massaged away.

I was JUST about to start another thread titled...Gloria's was just raided" but you already basically did that. Yes, they were raided tonight, sorry yesterday....

I will try to find out more details. Ppl were however charged with running a common bawdy house...same old routine

Did you guys know that when the cops came into glorias, they hit 99 in st thomas, also it was london cops y? In another town a few cop couldnt handle a few ladys?? I know its old news but still sometimes people need to remember that cops are the real bad ones here not a few ladys havin fun!!
