Sympatico email down?

I wanted to transfer a file from my laptop to my descktop, so I emailed it to myself several hours ago and it never showed up, I resent the file half an hour after the first one and it never showed up, re emailed a third time to my Hotmail account and voila, there it was.
Sent a test email to a freind & copied it to myself, nothing.
I guess Sympatico email is screwed up.

Sympatico is working for me, but Sympatico e-mail can exhibit strange behaviours. Sympatico may be playing with their anti-spam filters again.

Working fine for me.

When I want to transfer files between the desktop and the laptop, I find the 100base-T is easy. But when I need to transfer files when I am not plugged into my home network, I use a USB stick. For $7.99 at Tiger Direct I picked up a 256 Meg USB 2 stick. I still have my older 512 Meg stick that is on my keychain, but it is only USB 1.1, and it cost $50 something when I picked it up.

Well, an hour & half on support & no answers, changed all kinds of setings, had me log into my sympatico account via hotmail.com, changed servers,,,,,,they are sending up to next level of support."Dan" I mean Mohamed , suggested it was an outlook express problem, but he backed down on that one real quick when I pointed out that 3 of my 4 accounts in outlook work properly, 1 account(sympatico) doesn't.

Outsourcing to TCS (India)! You've got to love it when the book keeper and get rich types at any cost get involved in running the compay. They don't care about the customers and customer service is alway the first thing to suffer. These guys are reading off questin/resolution panels.
