I have a neck tattoo, which is beautiful and I love it.
Just because someone may have a tattoo on their neck, does not mean they are gang affiliated or have been in jail or anything negative like that. That view point is pretty closed minded. Especially for this day and age.


Also, I must add (because I read it up in the comments) I am a paralegal. With a neck tattoo.

I love well done tattoos, but there is a limit. When I see girls with a huge breast plate tattoo or a neck piece, I wonder how much it has to do with the art vs how much she wants to piss off her Dad.

Then again, I imagine that the tattoo removal process has gotten cheaper and easier over the years. In 20 yrs from now when the hotties want it gone, the technology will be there to erase it painlessly.
