Just had a run in withthem after 8 years of service from them. Basically they charged me for roaming while I was on a US plan and then said I needed to pay for both the US rate and the roaming charges WTF???? Then after the phone was terminated they charged for a further month of service even though the phone didnt work.. WTF..Stay away from Telus!!!
