Terb party

I was recently spending some time with my favorite sp getting reacquainted. We started talking about the possibility of a future duo and I asked her about a few different sps and if she knew them and if she would consider a duo with them.

She said she doesn't know that many sps and finds it hard to meet girls in the industry.

She said too bad there weren't parties where terb members and sps could mix and mingle. I told her that I was sure that there have been a few in the past, but I have no idea how they are organized.

Anyone know who hosts them or organizes them? Would anyone else be interested in attending one?

A question for the ladies, if you have sp friends what do you find is the best way to meet someone new for either professional reasons or even for friendship?

There were industry parties not advertised on Terb (for.. reasons..) up until last year, AFAIK.
With the present (or upcoming) legal climate, it's unlikely we'll see another anytime soon.

Terb parties stopped long before this most recent (fucking awful) bill. I don't know why. I'm not privy to the administrative goings on of this Site. But boy were they fun.

Terb sanctioned parties ended with the exile of the organizer.
There are other parties organized by members of other boards.
There was two last week.

They were legendary parties. At least 2 a year, Halloween and Christmas.
Sometimes there were more, St. Paddy's Day or for no reason at all.
Those were the days my friend!

I went to the other board's party last Wednesday. It was awesome. I met one of my favourite ladies an hour before the party, had a very nice time with her, then we walked to the party together. I got to see and meet lots of women I had only heard about, I chatted with a lot of fellow hobbyers, and I even won a door prize--a free half hour with one of the ladies! Who cares about C36, no money will be changing hands there.

It was a bit of a trick for me to get to the party due to family and job situations, but it was worth it. If Terb puts a party on I will try just as hard to attend it.

Why would you tell them your name ? If you do something really obnoxious tell them your Terb name is Fuji. Of course if you are not going and I do get roaring drunk and obnoxious, I could use yours ! :wink:

Excluding Flirt parties which are great, the last Terb attended party was held at the swingers club on Halloween a few years back. It had quite a few MP & SP groups attending.

I think ever since the user "shiek" left and went to the blue board. The parties stopped. He was the main organizer apparently. I joined a few weeks after he left.

We should have a C-36 Defiance Party (although I wouldn't label it as such).

If LE did that, we could have a field day with them invading privacy for no cause. It's just a meet and greet party.
