Text Apps

Made a booking with a provider using text app, about an hour to the appointment text app disables my account, no warning, no option to appeal. I have no idea why, can't login, can't message provider with a new number (it'd look suspicious and she'd be right to ignore / cancel) so I just have to let go of the booking I looked forward to and be flagged as a no show. I've used the app for year with no issues so this is definitely weird. I'll probably use some other app or create another account.

I wonder if anyone else has same experience and how they handled it.

Text apps can be flaky. You should have tried texting from another number. What's the worst thing that could happen?

Text, email, something, anything.
"No call, no show" is how to get black listed.

Also, possible they would just shrug and work it out with you. I assume it's not their first rodeo
