textme app not working

Never heard of them, maybe they're down. Can you do calls too with this App?

get "text free" ...free to text and call...u cant send or receive pics i think unless they are using a texting app too or something i forget

i had this number for long and used to work so perfect. recently since last month or so it’s not working for outgoing texts and calls. first i thought it’s temporary glitch. plus it keeps sending msg that i hv not used this number for quite some time so my number will be deactivated. it’s frustrating.
want to check if someone else use TextMe app and facing similar issue.

If you don’t send a text for a certain period of time you lose your number and have to register a new one.

Look at the bottom where it says "5 credits/SMS". They want you to pay for credits first before you can continue to use their app.

I use 2ndline by textnow, similar restrictions

it used to work fine without credits. was using it for more than 5 years

i don’t mind trying other apps, just that will loose this number.

Turn off VPN if you have it on.
Delete the cache in settings.

Had the same problem, the above for me worked.
But also like someone mentioned above, after 30 days, if you don't use it, it's gone.

i don’t see an option to delete cache

I just looked it up, sounds like a pain in the ass. Sorry man.
Try restarting your phone, turn off WiFi, turn it back on.
