I think there are degrees of cheating. I think having an "affair" where you become emotionally involved with another person is worse than visiting an SP, especially if you only see her once. Suppose you're at a buddy's bachelor party and you can't resist getting a CBJ from a stripper. Not very nice, but not a game misconduct. In cases where you're in a bad marriage and tried to work things out but still your wife never has sex with you, well then she has broken her half of the marriage contract and therefore you aren't obliged to follow it either. Keep in mind I said "never". I am not condoning unconsentual sex within a marriage.
