Ten days after starting my diet I weighed myself at rehab, I was at 240 lbs.
Here's my daily consumption of food:
2 Hard Boiled eggs
2 Glasses of Milk
2 Glasses of Apple Juice
Mango Salad
Uncooked carrots for snacking
And a tablespoon of peanut butter when I have hunger pains.
I've stopped watching The Food Network and give Cinnebon a wide breath.
