They're going to classify it as a type of criminal negligence. But that's a hard sell. Does anyone who does a hit of fentanyl and mixes it with cocaine "know" that they will black out, function uncontrollably in the midst of that blackout and kill grandpa with a screwdriver without realizing what they are doing and then wake up with the bloody screwdriver in their hand 15 hours later in Montreal?
