This has been going on in police forces everywhere. TPS, Waterloo Region, Cobourg that I know of off the top of my head.
RCMP!!!!!!!!!! The hottest girl in our high school joined Toronto police about ten years ago, used to date all the ohl players. Had to have her massive tits reduced because they were hurting her back.
She was almost 40 when she joined but I always wondered how she managed.

This sounds similar to a girl I knew in high school. She joined a regional police force. Won't say which one for privacy reasons. Just before joining she also had her massive tits reduced. I am sure basic training would have been unbearable for the guys had she not reduced them. They were MASSIVE!! Fawk! Face was meh.

but unfortunately the same things happens or happened in almost every place of employment big or small over the years
and some are started by females too, not just guys

This has happened in all workforces that were traditionally all-male. Men create their own culture just as women do when they're divided into groups. Men talk about women in explicit ways when they're together. Introducing women into these predominantly male-oriented spaces was bound to create conflict. When the forces were all-male, some members experienced hazing and intimidation. The politics of power with the added ingredient of sexual attraction is ripe for abuse.
There are ways to tackle this and many companies have done so successfully. Hopefully police services will make the necessary changes.
