Maybe that's why no one is posting here. 8 pages of whining is a lot to read through...and it keeps getting "bumped" just to get a reaction out of Sens fans. Let the posts run their natural course and see if we can get some intelectual hockey (oxymoron?)debate going here.
On a related Ottawa note, I believe that the Languages Commissioner looking into Cherry's comments is a collosal waste of taxpayer money. Can't they see that the fuss was started by some clown that runs an organization called "Canadian Parents for French" or something stupid like that...I think the best part is that he lives in Nanimo! Can you get anymore English Canadian than that? A total publicity stunt and they fell for it.

I'm curious, Doctor, why you think that a thread titled "The Final (?) Sens vs. Leafs Thread" might get a reaction out of Sens fans, as opposed to ones titles "What a game!", or "Maybe this'll shut Pansy up!!!!" etc.

This thread was an *attempt* to encourage serious, intelligent discourse regarding the two teams.
Unfortunately, due to other threads, and people *constantly* posting in them, I see this one has been mostly a failure.
I also find it curious that the calls for the cessation of hostilities are now coming from the Ottawa side. Naturally, I suppose.
I for one, am still willing to quit the war of words.

It's not the thread title. I like the idea of having one thread, maybe two tops, just for this discussion. But the fact that it keeps getting bumped just for the sake of keeping it going might be causing people to ignore it.
