Have sessioned with Nasty Nessa on several occasions & never had issues with her punctuality or demeanour. She's a unique young lady, sweet & very petite.
Last time we sessioned joked she's too nice to be nasty, but she snapped back that she's Nasty Nessa. Ouch.
Find it helpful to tweet MAs in advance regarding early arrival. Arriving downtown can be difficult for all parties, although everyone does their best. If you're early, or she's delayed, order a cappuccino or a hair of the dog. Stay loose & don't kvetch.
Alpha is very good at scheduling & restricts pre-booking some of the MAs to ensure they're on site before opening up the system. The MAs need to show ongoing reliability to keep the privilege of prebooking.
If there are issues it's best to contact Jessica confidentially rather than vomiting textual detritus on TERB. She runs a tight ship & has a heart of gold. She doesn't need personnel recommendations from online advisors.

Agree with you - don't need white knights making excuses for inconsiderate MA's - there's plenty of good MA's at Alpha and elsewhere so no need to put up with that sort of behaviour.Gave her an hour and didn't show up. Let Jess know (the owner). She's pretty good about this stuff. She has no tolerance for anyone affecting her business. I've had a few conversations with her and she is no nonsense. You may get a credit if you explain the situation respectfully and privately.
