Negative experience based on not having actually seen her. I booked a session and then reconfirmed later in the day with Luxe. When I showed up, another MA let me in and set me up in a room to shower. By the time I was done showering, I was then told Alexa wasn’t there and was unreachable. I can understand last minute cancellations, but not no-shows like that. Maybe if you do a walk in and see her, you might have a great time, but I wouldn’t make the effort to book ahead given the unreliability (esp if you’re driving a decent distance to get there). I was hesitant to book at first given lack of reviews, and should have followed my gut.
Moving on.. there I am, freshly showered. The MA there was Jasmine. She offered me a session instead even if she was planning on finishing up her day. I could have walked out I guess, but I was literally out of the shower and ready on the table.
It’d be disingenuous for me to give a rating given the circumstances but I’ll say this. She was very sweet to me throughout and I appreciate her making an effort to accommodate me. However, she is very much not my type and so it was hard to get into it. I would never have booked with her outside of these circumstances. She couldn’t also offer me the time I had originally planned for, offering only 30m which for me personally, isn’t my preference (I go to relax, more time is better). So the session was not at all what I was hoping for, but that’s not really a fair thing to pin on her. If she’s your type and you can book with her on your own desire, I’m sure you’d enjoy yourself. Again, she was very kind and pleasant to chat with.
