The summaries of the FBI's interviews with a PRN engineer show that within days of a conference call with Secretary Clinton's lawyers, the engineer deleted archives of Secretary Clinton's emails, despite knowing those records were covered by preservation orders and a subpoena from Congress. The same interview summaries show that days after the conference call, a work ticket was created at PRN relating to the administration of Secretary Clinton's email server. The contents of the ticket were not provided. Forensic analysis of Secretary Clinton's private email servers by the FBI revealed that Secretary Clinton had not turned over all work-related emails, despite her claims to the contrary, meaning some responsive records may have been included in the archives PRN deleted. Due to the PRN engineer's use of a program called BleachBit, however, the FBI was apparently unable to retrieve those archives. BleachBit is designed to "shred the files to prevent recovery."

The hacked email server issue is done and should not be pursued by the new AG.

Ordering the destruction of evidence after receiving a Congressional subpoena is a very serious issue but in the interest of mending and moving forward, should also not be pursued.
Someone else would take the fall anyways.

If it is ever discovered that Hillary lied to Congress, lock her up.

He does appear to be leaning in that direction in the 60 Minutes interview.

“I don't want to hurt them. They're good people.” Donald Trump says Hillary Clinton "couldn't have been nicer" in post-election call. "She's very ..."

Of course, it is also in Hilary Clinton's best interest to be nice to the President-elect. It's call self-preservation.

Look up the word INVESTIGATION.

In fact, I don't ever remember the FBI using that term, when they finished their investigation in Hillary,...I could be wrong, but I will admit it, if I am !!!

FAST
Investigation, N., e.g. "the investigation exonerated Clinton".

They used BleachBit to shred evidence after receiving a Congressional subpoena.
Untrue, they only deleted emails as part of routine maintenance of the server. A judge in that case already ruled that Clinton complied with the subpoena so that's a non starter anyways.

I realize the facts in the real world are not what you heard from Breitbart, so the actual reality here may be new to you

Bleachbit indicates that Clinton's server was being managed in a highly secure manner. Nothing more.

Your post like all the Breitbart zombie posts is ALL insinuation and innuendo. No allegation of wrongdoing.

Your stupid insinuations die by fire with confronted with fact:

Fact #1: A judge already ruled that Clinton fully complied with the subpoena, including full consideration of all you posted above

Fact #2: the FBI found no evidence of information being intentionally withheld. Comey explicitly said that.

Fact #3: The FBI found no evidence that any unauthorized person received classified information

There ends your argument.

Given the fact that your credibility here is highly questionable, to say the least, you should at least provide a link to back this up.

If this were true, I would have expected to hear about it repeatedly on the Clinton News Network.

Does this judge have a name?

What was the date and location of this ruling and who were the players participating?

I suspect that this is just more fuji bullshit but even if it isn`t, 4 Congressional committees don`t seem to give a shit.
