Fact #2: the FBI found no evidence of information being intentionally withheld. Comey explicitly said that.

There are still 4 Congressional committees investigating Clinton for lying to Congress, mishandling classified information, obstruction of justice, destruction of government records, the Clinton foundation, and a quid pro quo between the State department and FBI.
