The strange psyche of the Israel hater

In the past, we have seen all sorts of complaints about what Israel does from bombings to who builds houses where to not giving a large enough smile at mcdonalds.

The strange thing that I have noticed is how little notice the haters have taken in recent events (maybe digging up year old news is more fun?)

It is widely believed that Israel was behind the assassination of a Hamas terrorist in Dubai and no matter how much the guy may have deserved it, it goes against international law. One would think that the haters would be working overtime to try and make the most of this story but instead we essentially have silence from the usuals.

One might think that maybe they are too busy trying to find stories about a Palestinian being made to play his violin but the answer is far stranger.

My conclusion is that the Israel haters are afraid to attribute this crime to Israel.

Why would this be? Well if they did, it would be an admission that Israel actually has the power to accomplish things like this and the haters prefer to portray Israel as a bunch of fools who only the innocent should fear. Their general rule: blame Israel for everything, no matter how trivial and even if the Palestinians are doing far worse but never admit that Israel can be good at anything, even if it is illegal assassinations.

Take heart Israel haters. It seems like there were a couple Palestinians (Fatah members) that assisted in the assassination. Maybe you can give them the credit and the (suspected) Israeli team the blame.

That Dubai assassination situation is freakin' incredible (IMO). Spielberg will probably be making a movie about this in a few years, a la "Munich". Surprised no-one started a tread on it yet (or maybe someone has & I missed it). Hate to be one of the guys whose identity was used by the hitters, though.

I'm just waiting for the Holocaust to be built into this story....wait...... oh nevermind, its just another Holocaust memorial being built by my house. Lest we ever ever forget.

The Strange Psyche of the Zionist Sycophant.

The topic you cite has already been mentioned...hence the term sycophant.

Gotta do something about that laugh track.
Very difficult to take someone seriously when thy have a myopic view of the region and the conflict. The Palestinians are pure and with out sin and the Israelis are the embodiment of evil. It would be easier to deal with you if you would approach the subject in a credible manner. In the meantime I find your posts comical.

If I have you right, basket, you're complaining that people who hate Israel don't seem to be hating enough for your taste, yes? Or is it that you've decided there's a requirement to demonstrate the said hate over any incident that meets some standard you set?

It's one thing to assert that peoples' prejudices make them unthinking; imagining you can do their prejudiced thinking for them hardly helps.

But some folks like their straw men.

You are pretty much alone in this assessment (with the exception of the Trained Seals for Israel crowd.). The Keystone Kops of Mossad have shot themselves and Israel in the foot one more time.

Here's an assessment from Canadian military analyst Gwynne Dyer titled :Sounds Like Another Mossad Amateur Night:

" Would any serious spy agency put 11 people on a hit team? Why would seven of them be travelling on British passports borrowed or stolen from British-Israeli dual citizens resident in Israel? Would they let themselves be caught repeatedly on video surveillance cameras as they set up the killing? This was just not a professional operation.

It certainly was amateur night in Dubai, but that doesn't necessarily mean Mossad was not behind it."

Lets see now. A top Hamas operative who should have been the subject of the most stringent security imaginable is dead. The assassins, whoever they were and from whatever country or agency all got away.

If it was amateur night in Dubai who were the amateurs?

I only have one question for the members of TERB, and those especially those who have contributed to gryffys threads.

Why bother feeding the trolls?

Anyone with an ounce of intellegence can deduce that gryffy is troll. An antisemtic troll, an anti-Israeli troll, but still a troll nontheless. His postings are that of a very sick hateful human being. I know all these points have been brought up in the past, but it does seem that people are still giving him the attention he strives to achieve.

I keep thinking of the old adage, if a tree falls in the forest, does it make a sound?

If gryffy posts, and no responds, did he really post?

Personally, I always try to keep the pulse of neo-nazi antisemites, because I feel it important that another Holocaust does not happen, because it is people like gryffy who would be the first to sign up for a nazi party, but in reality, this little gryffy is about as dangerous as a fly.

Anyone who sits in his basement while his mom makes lunch, and spews hatred is not someone to be feared, only pitied.

No it has nothing to do with complaining about their hate but find it strange how fearful they are about Israel that they refuse to criticize things that deserve to be criticized because they don't want to accept that Israel has some ability. I'm sure gryf's responses show this.
