Ok I have a movie clip that I want to add to my website and if I can get some help today It will be up by days end.

It is a .MOV file and it is about 65MB

I need to make it a manageable size so my bandwidth doesn't go through the roof when all you horny guys view it.

What can I use to edit it to make it smaller?
What is the best way to add video to my website?
Is there anything I should know from an LE persepective about adding video?
