Don't stand close to me if you don't like it when I'm smoking.
I usually stand away from everybody when I do it, however there us always a moron that wants to stand right where I'm smoking and they start complaining about it
This has got me thinking.......
I've told a lot of anti-smoking crusaders with their little fake coughs, high and mighty attitude to fuck off when they have chosen to confront me......

I agree that impaired driving is worse than smoking in public. That is like saying murder is worse than shoplifting.
In particular I agree that impaired driving deserves a multi-year stint in prison, while smoking in public should get you a non-criminal fine, say, $500.

Speaking of annoying habits, Anderson Cooper started lighting candles in his CNN office but finally stopped this practice when his co-workers complained. Guys, just because you do stuff at home doesn't mean you can do the same thing in the workplace like lighting candles, smoking and/or walking around in the nude.
I think you'd have a pretty hard time convincing any court that the smell of second hand smoke that "contaminates" your clothing is enough to be considered a harm.. I'm quite certain that the judge would tell you to just grow a pair.. The world ain't designed to smell like roses, so stop fucking whining about it..
If it's contaminating my clothes and hair it's contaminating my lungs. "Growing a pair" has nothing to do with it.
Ontario announced they will clamp down on the sale of contraband cigarettes mainly because of the lost tax revenue. Maybe they can make the sale (vendors are usually First Nation) of "contraband" legal but criminalize the purchaser. That way we don't throw First Nation folks in jail.
Tons of shit contaminates your clothing and fucking hair during the day. But you people want to whine about some cigarette smoke.. Grow a pair.. Shit's gonna happen during the day and not all of it is going to be fuzzy and warm.. The amount of cigarette smoke a non-smoker has to put up with from smokers on the street is so infinitesimal it's beyond laughable that you lot want to bitch about it (and consider it some kind of "assault" on your person)..
