It cost you big to buy a skin mag to see this.

It cost you nothing to call a toll free number and get a mag to see this.

The knife sharpening guy who traveled the streets.
He was on my street last week, dinging his bell. And my rotary dial phone still works, although it frightened my nephew when he tried to use it.

How about the ability to have a good old fashioned snowball fight in the school playground?

You can tell your grandkids that the walls of buildings/houses, bus shelters were free of any graffiti or posters.

How about usage of terms that were used freely by man for the fair sex
before the age of political correctness. These days I have to be really
careful with my language in the more "progressive" insituties of the society
like the universities. It won't be long before the day come that the
younger generation won't know guys used to call women 'chicks'. Some words
like 'bombshell' and 'fair sex' are even explicitly forbidden in the guidelines
provided by a few schools. I could even get myself into trouble calling a
younger woman a girl.

Vinyl car seats, Triptyks from CAA for road trips, Straight razors in barber shops that weren't disposable, the Sherwood milk truck, and kids carrying a jacknife with them in gradeschool.
