I agree that natural disasters, geography, drought, limited resources all create hardship. There is no evidence, though, that culture has anything to do with it. There is no evidence that one culture is superior to another.

Returning to the topic of Haiti, the West’s relentless attacks on Haiti have imposed tremendous harm on them. Ignoring this and blaming the Haitians is akin to blaming Native North Americans for their struggles and ignoring Europeans’ attempts at cultural genocide.

The West has turned Haiti into what you guys gleefully label a shithole; and now you try to blame the Haitians for it.

Yes it does. One only need look at Russia and the United States For an example in the modern era.

Or the difference in China 40 years ago to today.

Some cultures advance. Some don't. One only need look as well at the continuing evolvement of NA in gender recognition woman's rights gay rights lack of war a degree of social security to see it's better than most other places on earth.

Would you rather live in Saudi Arabia and it's culture?

Haiti is a Shithole. How it got there is moot now. It's an overpopulated under developed isolated place. And possibly possibly a ecological disaster as well.

Nature sometimes will take it's course and remind human beings that she is in charge. I love and respect human life but when you overpopulate and can't feed and shelter your numbers people die. Thats inevitable.

I don't gleefully label it a shithole. I do do with great regret of what peace and sustainable growth like what has occurred on other islands could have achieved.

But to state they dont bear some responsibility at this point is treating them like children. Which is one of the major issues that created the problems of former colonies.

I have some good news for you. Chile is opening its borders to Haitians and Venezuelans.

People live in trailer parks for many reasons. People are poor for many reasons. To expect people to just pull thems lives up by their boot straps and stop being poor is simply unrealistic. I’d it was that easy no one would be poor.

Why is their poverty in the black community in the US? Why is their poverty in the Native community here? It is not because they are racially/genetically inferior.
