time settings

I posted a review at 10:21 PM, and after it posted, the message said 5:21 at the bottom. Is this the fault of my computer somehow, or are the time settings on TERB off?

That has also happened to my posting but when I have gone back later things have self corrected so I think it has something to do with the board and not you computer
