As for Cruise, you can clearly tell that he's very pissed, but unlike Burt Reynolds, he handled it in a very classy way. I couldn't care less for Tom Cruise (especially now that he's with my girl, Katie), but in this instance, he did very well.

In situations like that, I would be totally okay with the celebrity just drilling the asshole between the eyes. No charges. No lawsuits. Just a good 'ol fashioned asskicking like that moron desires.

I agree with you now after having seen the video. He acted very calm and in control and he really made that guy out to be a loser (probably b/c the guy just stood there looking like an idiot). And on top of that, he'll probably get a criminal record for it. Loser.
I love this clip. Cruise is pretty cool and rational and talks to the guy on a human to human level. "Why would you do something like that?" Confronts the guy and doesn't let him get away. The guy with the spray bottle looks like a total ass in front of everybody. I'll give top marks for Cruise on handling the situation.

I agree, he handled that like a gentleman. As mentioned, if this new show is going to be doing stuff like that, I can bet you dollars to donuts they won't be doing that to Russell Crowe or the Rock. Depending on the circumstances it could be funny, or just plain stupid. That watergun microphone trick is just juvenile.
This reminds me of the videos going around called "kicked in the nuts". It is about a comedy show that sends an idiot in an orange wig and he kicks people, and kids, in the nuts. Not just a little tap, but wham...Then he points to the camera, says "you've been kicked in the nuts" and everyone laughs. Well, if that SOB every did that to me? He'd literally be looking for his nuts down the closest sewer.....
