toronto street scene

DISCLAIMER: before everyone gets me in their cross hairs and aims to snipe me in the head, let me say this: im NOT looking for info on how to find, info on prices, or details on encounters.

now with that said, heres what boggles my mind.

we all know theres the private hobby and the public hobby, and most girls do it for the money, and not the great conversation.

my question is, through seeing some girls on torontos fine walkways, theyre not the cracked up strung up images id imagined.

im not new to this world, and im not an amateur by any means, but ive never encountered the street scene nor do i intend on doing so... just curious why some good looking girls end up in the street vs incall/agency/solo work in a hotel room?

Cannon fodder for the impulse market...........i used to play the street scence years ago(grew out of it).To me there was sometimes nothing sexier then seeing a hot girl walking down the street and thinking"I'm going to take her home and do this this and this"(I was never a "getting blown in the alley" type guy.I had my own bachelor pad)

This strip is 100% controlled by pimps - most whom only have more attractive ladies in their stable and they don't take on crack addicts.

Most all other strolls are (sadly) filled with drug addicts etc... whom are for most part 'weathered' from their drug use etc.

The internet has forever changed the street scene in Toronto (probably for the better).

Years ago, on a warm summer's night the Jarvis / Church stroll was packed with scantily clad very good looking women. You'd see girls with thongs and bras walking down the street. I'd guess that you might see upwards of 40 or 50 girls plying their trade. Sometimes the buddies and I would drive the circuit for a few laps on our way home from the bars and ogle the talent. It was fun. It was great street scenery at night, but it also drew its fair share of assholes. Now with CL and the internet in general, the numbers of street walkers are way way down on the stroll. You might see 3 or 4 working girls and they are not that hot frankly. Girls can post free ads on CL - work out of a safer place - why hit the streets?

Years ago, you used to see the 2'nd tier and 3'rd tier street walkers down on the motel strip in Etobicoke or on Queen / King in Parkdale. Now there are none (or at least I haven't seen any in years - don't really look anymore to be honest.)

The few that you see on the streets now are using "maximum exposure advertising" - i.e. being out on the street. The money is larger and faster than utilizing the internet, but she's out on the street and exposed to the world and the assholes.

I have no problem with legal prostitution, but I draw the line at Street Walkers (due to the dirt bags they attract or are with).

Had no idea toronto even had a street scene? Why would a girl even risk that? Fast money is great but I'm not seeing how you could be safe... And I'm sure they wouldn't be charging 250 an hour
