Just had a few business trips to Montreal the past 6 weeks. Always puzzled at the price difference between the two cities (about $100/hour less for Montreal). However, the Montreal agencies do run promotions, mainly in the winter, to keep everyone busy. For the cost of an hour in Toronto, I can pay $25 more in Montreal and have 2 hours or a duo for an hour (or two visits).
Don't buy the story that doing business in Toronto is 40% more expensive. The restaurants and hotels are equally pricey.
Maybe someone can explain why lots of the Toronto girls in the off season say they are slow, but agencies don't seem to flex to provide incentives. In the summer or during special events, sure - keep prices firm. But in slow times, provide incentives... Seems simple, but hey, when facing a beautiful woman I think with the wrong head.
