Travel Suggestions for Winter

I'm looking to go away in December, but I'm not really sure where to go. Obviously Europe is out of the question, it's too cold, so really all I'm left with is the southern US, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Dominican Republic, and Central/South America.

I love latina women so it's perfect, but there's so many countries to choose from, which place do you recommend? Miami is great because 80% of the population is Hispanic, and most people speak English there, but why not just go a little further to a place like Cuba?

Decisions, decisions. Which place has the best sites to see, best food, and best women?

P.S. I'm not looking for SP's, the only fun I'd be having is with non-SP's, so keep that in mind when making your recommendations.

It's always nice there - and winter is their summer. New Zealand, Fiji, Samoa or any of the other South Pacific Islands are gorgeous as well. It's a long flight, but well worth it!

In Panama city, Riande Continental in the Cangrejo area. The area is relatively tourist friendly if you're a newbie and don't speak Spanish . I stayed there last December.

For the last 2 times this year, I stayed at a couple other latino hotels ( local type hotel frequented by latino tourists from the americas ) Much much cheaper, they call them hotels but are more like basic motels. In Bella Vista.

I am talking about Panama city, the city though, not Decameron or Gamboa or those all inclusive resorts outside the city.

Costa Rica Or cuban...I actually like the Cuban women a lot better, they are friendlier,they are nonpro pro's(don't always ask for money but by the next morning you will be paying the going rate) but the last time I was down there(May) It was just the hard nose pro's around, it was like the cops scared the other ladies away or they were a littleless noticable. Do Not stay in an all-iclusive if you are looking to hook up with the locals, you will never get them on the resort if they are not on the resorts"payroll". want some action at an AI ask the bartender, the last one actaully had a book. Learn some spanish.
