Doesn't appear that way in Texas and Florida...not sure if you've ever been there but they have a lot of sun.
Ho I have been many many times. Florida's humidity is hard to handle. Texas and Arizona get so hot at some time of the year you just can't be outside. I was in Houston for work last July and it was fucking 42 Celcius.
California on the other hand is pretty much always sunny. Never that hot never cold. Perfect to live in the street.

It's a Democrat state with the one of the highest homeless rates and not considered "warm" like the poor argument made for why there are so many homeless.
