On a recent long drive flashing about the radio and realising the magic an interesting bass line brings to a tune. Even for what might be a pop - silly- hokie tune. 4 stuck out...for some reason hit my rapidly decaying brain as interesting.

Hokie: You're the one that i want (from Grease) https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=a_864Y7G4tk

More traditional: Start me up (Stones) https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZzlgJ-SfKYE

More cool: Feels good Inc (Gorillaz) https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=HyHNuVaZJ-k

More forgotten but timeless: Express yourself (NWA) https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=h7tgZKHISU0

Curious...what my fellow terbivoures think and your hidden gems...

"White Lines"- catchiest bass line ever, I first heard this one night at "Sparkles" disco atop the CN tower., 1983 and was immediately hooked. When this song started playing, one of the waitresses hit the dance floor and started dancing away, after the song was finished, I asked her about the song, I went out a bought the 12 inch single the following monday, LOL.

What's become of John Deacon? He didn't take part in any of the promotionals for Bohemian Rhapsody.
