The vast majority of Indians here in Canada aren't disrupting public hygiene in any way as it is described in the video, because they tend to be like the guy in the video.
The ones that show up on YouTube videos you rely on so much to stereotype them in general are still outliers and am sure you can find many Canadians littering and trashing the environment too.

Again they cannot arrest or charge solely for flag burning but need to rely on some other statute or law.
Nobody is saying all Indians defecate in the street, but the ones that are doing it need to be called out on it, so that they stop doing it
