LONDON - British Defence Secretary John Healey on Monday announced the launch of a 50-day military support campaign for Ukraine, aligning with a recent warning issued by US President Donald Trump to Russia.

Healey said on social media platform X that at the Ukraine Defence Contact Group (UDCG) meeting held on Monday, participating countries reached a new agreement to supply critical air defence ammunition to Ukraine, "as part of a 50-day drive to arm Ukraine and force Putin to the negotiating table."

Last week, Trump said that he had secured an agreement with NATO allies to facilitate large-scale arms deliveries to Ukraine. He also warned Russia that it would face a second round of tariffs if it fails to reach a peace deal within 50 days.

At the UDCG meeting, Healey affirmed Britain's support, saying that Britain "backs this policy" and will fully participate to ensure its success, according to French news outlet AFP.

Healey also revealed that Britain and Germany have agreed to jointly provide air defence missiles to Ukraine. The partnership is part of a wider European initiative aimed at strengthening Ukraine's defensive capabilities.

According to a press release from the British Ministry of Defence on Monday, Britain has already delivered more than 150 million pounds ($202.5 million) worth of air defence missiles and artillery to Ukraine over the past two months. The country is also ramping up procurement efforts to provide hundreds more air defence missiles and thousands of artillery shells.

In total, Britain is expected to spend at least 700 million pounds on air defence and artillery support for Ukraine this year, including the 150 million pounds worth of equipment already delivered, according to the release.

Trump has made his British and Euro poodles
in NATO to step up to turn the table on Russia
at low to no cost to the U.S. Good for Trump
and America.
The asshole Trump is not good in any way. He thinks fucking everybody else is cool. He's an unreliable ally and certainly an insanely unstable trading partner. That is good for nobody, including Americans.

Trump makes NATO-Europe pay their fair share of expense in
funding the proxy war. Trump has the common sense lacking in
our leaders.

Trump gave putin 50 days to reach his objectives before the heavier us aid comes in. So the British rushing to fill that gap during those 50 days.

Trump is a moron in many things. But even a moron can figure out
the Ukraine proxy war is the stupidest war in modern history.
Only the leaders of a minority of nations in the whole world
(Trudeau included) could be moronic enough to have wasted
all the resources they had given away to prolong the war. While
Trump has made a fool of himself by failing to end the war in
24 hrs he is nonetheless doing the right thing to do what he
can do to recoup money wasted in Biden's aid to Ukraine.

A couple years late...and you ain't taking away Crimea from Putin.

A coule of years later, Russia hasn't accomplished any material, useful gains in Ukraine. By western, civilized standards anyways. If extending the Russki Mir a few kilometers into rural villages and small, Soviet-era small town into now permanently uninhabitable rubble is the goal, then they have accomplished the Russki Mir.

Destruction of their neighbour's home.

At the cost of the exponential future effect the loss of millions of Russian men and families that woudl have otherwise been contributing to the future of Russia.

Crimea's (naval) military value, which is the only thing Putin values, is now worthless. Ironically by Biden's cowardice, and now by the Russian asset Trump's holding back real military aid to Ukraine... Putin has created a domestic Ukrainian military arms industry that has changed the military landscape and tactics forever. And one that will soon undermine the rest of Russia's navy. Never mind proving most of the Russian military equipment is now effectively worthless to their former export customers.

As for Crimea itself. Interested in a wager that the Crimean bridge will soon, if not eventually be rendered useless to the Russians.

Never mind that the idiots blew up the freshwater supply to Crimea... with no viable Russian source of adequate water to make Crimea usable.

Russia has already committed hari-kari, they just haven't bled out enough, yet to have fallen down. But it is a mortal, self-inflcited wound.

Crimea will revert back to Ukraine once Russia finally bleeds itself out.

Ohhhhh... Little Marco said that! Well now... Now it makes sense.

From Putins dick to Donnies lips. From Donnies dick to Little Marco's lips! Quite the multi-tasker Little Marco is! A fellatriliquist able to repeat Donnie's words while having Donnies cock in his mouth!

Couldn't have a better Secretary of State for the United States than the son of a Cuban that Trump accused of being a Cuban spy for Castro or some such bullshit.

He's as -ahem- as motivated in his intersts in Russia as The Kompromat Don is himself.
