Dont be so sure about that. Once the wests stockpile of obsolete weapons are exhausted, what will they supply? Brand new modern weapons? Offensive weapons? I am not so sure about that. We'd have to wait and see.

Unlike Russia, the West has the capability of continued production of advanced weaponry. They aren't at wartime production levels but easily can ramp up. Russia on the other hand doesn't have the microchips needed to build modern equipment and are relying on lower tech equipment like what Iran is providing.

The West also hasn't touched their stocks of modern weaponry. For example, the Leopards, Challengers, and Abrams promised are 30 years behind the times. Western tanks surplus from the 90's vs Soviet tanks surplus from the 40's won't make an equal battle.

There are two different views on that Bandera individual. Some Ukrainians considered him a hero as he was battling for Ukraine's Independence. They also believed that he did not have any Nazi views and was actually jailed by Hitler when he was in Germany and wanted to leave to fight for Independence
A big similarity with India's Army Subhas Chandra Bose. He went to Germany to get Hitler's help to battle for Independence against the British Rule. Does not mean that he was a "Nazi"!! In fact he was even revered not only in India but in a Nation like Singapore:
