Well, nice to see the support for the Habs, or is it just that they are a Canadian team and Boston is one of the most hated teams on the planet?

Anyway, Boston is damn big, and if the Montreal forwards could control the puck and actually get the shot off, they might score. I saw 5 great chances where they barely got a shot off, fanned on it, or lost the handle altogether!

It was just the first game, they can play much, much better, so I still say:

Go Habs Go.

That's not the real Stanley Cup. They just have a fake one in Toronto to appease all the broken hearted Leaf Fans who haven't seen the original in 37 long years!

I'd tell you where the keep the "Real Cup", but I'd have to kill you if I did and since a murder charge would affect my gov't job, I just can't bare the thought of doing something like this! :D
It's good to see our Tax dollars good at work.....................GET BACK TO WORK

Who's a Red Wings fan? Ewwwww. Only if there isn't another Canadian team in would I ever cheer for the Wings. And even then.........probably not.

This will not be a long series if the Habs keep on playing like that, they have no jump whatsoever, a lot of players are simply not showing up....maybe these high salaries prima donnas should really go on vacation.......its a shame really......Julien and Gainey should lay into them big time.......they make me sick!

Well, I'm the Habs fan that started this, and when it takes a two man advantage to score, the Habs are doomed. Maybe home ice will help out. Maybe not.

No, not good at all.....well the Bruins have a better team on paper and, on top of that, they want it more, are skating faster and Theo has not been on his game at all......the slide that started 5 or 6 games before the playoffs is not over, may be they are tired, maybe some guys don't know what the playoffs require work wise and intensity wise.....its up to the coach now to bring them back to their level of play during the season.....if not, well we stil have the Battle of Ontario to enjoy!

Theodore

Even if the Habs win this game (they lead 3-2) Theodore is so weak right now, they don't stand a chance......they can play as well as they want, if Theo keeps on letting soft ones in....it will be easy for Boston.

Maybe Theo's dad has money on the Bruins
Very good!!!!....lol......no, he's so competitive and so proud I'm sure it must be hell for him......he's one of the only Habs that has been there the last few years day-in, day-out.....but I guess he's just human, and if they lose this series, his poor play will be remembered, and anyway it won't be that important, Mtl doesn't have the team to go much further anyway.....as long as Gainey keeps on building, we'll be ok.

Ribeiro......yeah, its probably his latin origins that surfaced.......latin soccer players are famous for their faked injuries, like they are dying, and seconds later they are speeding bullets on the field........by the way, after the game, Theodore told his teammates he would be ready for Tuesday.....if he could steal one it would be beautiful.

In regards to the Stanley Cup and the Habs...

I frankly don't overly care who wins the Stanley Cup, just as long as it stays in Canada, right where it belongs.

Let the Americans focus on table tennis or something - hockey is our game.
