UN : Evidence Israel committed war crimesin Gaza

There is evidence that Israel committed war crimes during its 22-day campaign in the Gaza Strip and there should be an independent inquiry, UN investigator Richard Falk said on Thursday.

Special UN rapporteur on human rights says Israel should have allowed civilians in Gaza to escape war zone, claims mental anguish suffered by Palestinians so great entire population could be seen as casualties. Israel's claim for self-defense unfounded, he adds.

WHAT? The UNCHR(renamed the UNHRC in 2006) condemned Sudan over Darfur to the point that the UNSC referred Sudan to the ICC with resolution 1593 in 2005. (Sudan, like Israel, had not ratified the ICC statute)

Since 2006 when this new council was established in 2006, Israel has been condemned 15 times, Sudan has been condemned 0 times. The only thing the Council has said on Sudan is that it expresses deep concern over human rights violations there.
The council voted on 30 June 2006 to make a review of possible human rights abuses by Israel a permanent feature of every council session. The special rapporteur to the Israel-Palestinian conflict is the only one with an indefinite mandate while those assigned to North Korea, Cuba, Belarus and Burma have been abolished.
Both Kofi Annan and Ban-Ki Moon have expressed their displeasure with the Council's disproportionate singling out of Israel as a human rights violator.
Even human rights organizations have voiced criticism of the Council.

I believe the creation of israel since 1948 is a crime against humanity itself, its understood the eropean and the american and the western world in general wanted to clean the garbage from their street, they find only the land of palistine to throw it on, now after sixty years the smell of it is spreading all over the world and everyone in the western world is trying to cover up for it hoping the garbage will not be thrown again in their streets. While it stinks with blood and crimes the world start taking notice that this pile of grbage have to be cleaned before its too late.

How divided

The history told us lot of things about the divissions of europe, they went into two major world wars, and always the question to be asked who is with the jews and who is not with them. I look today at the arab world i seen only the image of pre 1948 european's division been implemented in and among the arabs, those of them bend and pray for israel and those who resist and fight israel, we seen that conflict and wars moved from europe to the middile east until this day the same question been asked again who is with the jews and who is against them, but this time its not in europe its in the arab and muslim world.

Thats why when the garbage is dumped in any neighbouhood its stinks and it spell divssion and conflicts and wars among its surroundings.
