Nope. They only expressed "concern" they did not "condemn" as they have done with Israel.

Okay, lets reword it. The UNHRC was so deeply concerned of Sudan's human rights violations in Darfur that the UNSC referred Sudan to the ICC with resolution 1593 in 2005.
Its too bad the UNHRC hasn't been able to get the same impact over Israel's violations considering its insistent condemnation. Plus Israel doesn't seem to react to UN resolutions or respect humanitarian laws anyway, so its understandable when the UNHRC appears to be picking on them. I'm sure the UNHRC is frustrated that nothing is ever done. The basic mission of the UNHRC is to safguard human rights, so it is obligated to condemn violations of international law. And Israel is not above the law.
You can believe there's some kind of Islamic conspiracy against Israel going on within the UNHRC if the wish, but you better first count the number of voting Islamic state countries. Its by far a small minority. (As if being an Islamic country somehow always means you're against Israel )
