Wow John Kerry laid out in pretty good detail the systemic land grab that Israel is trying to accomplish. I did not know there were settlements OUTSIDE the barriers. Also, introducing legislation that their OWN Attorney General said was unconstitutional to steal privately owned Arab land. Would they steal land if it was Jewish owned? WOW Apartheid has a new face and it is Israel.

If Kerry had laid it out like this 3 or 4 years ago he might have been able to make something happen. Everything to do with Foreign Policy has been an unmitigated failure by the Obama presidency. I cannot really thing of a single notable success. The Iranian treaty is the closest thing, but even that has Congress frothing at the mouth. Kerry laid it out, though its too late now for the two state solution. Obama seems to be playing it out to make it harder for Trump with his extreme right wing settlement backer ambassador to let Israel put the last few nails in the apartheid state.
Netanyahu is also playing with fire, he's been suggesting he'll hold back Israeli spy tech as punishment while at the same time threatening Obama with intel on the speech he gained from spying and then releasing it in Egypt. Obama still has a few weeks of rule left yet...

They sound pretty much the same as the Clinton Parameters that Israel accepted and Abbas rejected. In fact Kerry included a couple things Clinton didn't, Palestinian recognition of Israel as the homeland of the Jewish people and a demilitarized Palestine. If Abbas rejected Clinton, there is no chance of him accepting this. p.s. In all the comments about what Israel needs to do, it seems that people are willing to ignore the demands on the Palestinians in both the UNSC resolution and Kerry's speech.
