Unusual request

I have not seen a topic like this discussed here before, but here goes...

I am considering the possibility of renting a condo in the Mississauga area, possibly Oakville, closer to QEW than 401.

I don't want to pay the whole freight myself, and wouldn't mind splitting with 2 or at most 3 others.

Obviously there would have to be some serious discussions/vetting going on before doing anything - condo might be rented in name of numbered company maybe. There are any number of risks associated with doing something like this, the most obvious being trustworthy partners - but no discussion no result.

Big problem is coordinating "visits" and then who is responsible for cleaning

You would have to alternate days........

The problem is like you said your gonna get involved with complete strangers who's name does the condo go under all kinds of problems will arise.


You could be better off buying a used home maybe renting out certain sections......as an investment this way you dont have to hide it from your wife also......and just keep a room for yourself.

Let the renters pay your mortgage......just a thought

I may be a little dense here but what is the condo for? Is it to live in? play in? or just an investment?

Would it not be simpler to maybe just time share a hotel room. You know how sometimes the room is just used for only a couple of hours. It could be used by 2 or 3 in a span of a day and night. Even with cleaning taken into consideration, still much cleaner than most high volume Incalls. It would still take some carefull planning.

Unusual Request

When i feel like taking a ride in a bus, i buy a ticket and enjoy the ride. I do not go and buy a bus.
When i feel like drinking a glass of milk, i do not go and buy a cow.
When i feel like playing i refer Terb, do my homework and book an appointment with a lovely SP, but i do not become her Sugar Daddy for the whole month, or tie her around me for ulimited period.

Owning a condo is preferable to sharing a hotel room. You can carry a $150,000 mortgage for roughly $900.00 per month. As for cleaning, most condos offer a cleaning service now. Shared between three people, it's roughly the same cost as booking two rooms at the four seasons per month.

I thought of doing the same thing as well (share a condo), however, I don't have that type of cash at this point. Maybe in a year or so
