US Corporate Profits - Highest ever last Quarter - yet no jobs to speak of

I said high corporate profits are a good thing and that POTUS should get some credit for that since this is happening under his watch.

Her TV show had huge ratings last week, then plummeted by 40% this past week.
The real kicker is the age group, the median for TLC is 42, her viewership is 15yrs higher than that. I'm also going to safely assume that the majority are white and have red necks and incorrectly spilled signs in there garages and basements. (like the majority of those who love the neo-cons) =)

Should we also "credit" Obama with high unemployment and the largest federal deficit ever recorded as they happened "on his watch"?

Come on OTB, it happened on his watch, more precisely at the beginnig of his watch, but it's genesis was well before that. He caught the end result of the most serious meltdown in 70 years, with a volume probably not seen before.

It was years in the making and why do people think it's going to be turn around in months. With the constant resistance by the Republican each and every day with the stated sole purpose of seeing Obama fail, how would you honestly believe it could be reversed in 18 months. I doubt it's going to get better in the next 24 months, either and he will again be blamed.
