From what I understand about Cuba, the tourist areas are almost completely segregated from the rest of the population...with no real local population nearby...and all the workers bussed in...Fidel makes sure he keeps his people in line....as one of the last communist states in the world, with an atrocious record of human rights, are you sure you want to support this country with your tourist dollars? Plus...everybody I know who has went tells me the food sucks...

you step off the resort anytime of day or night in Cuba & u will be guaranteed to be safe.The Cuban ppl will go the extra mile to amke sure every tourist is safe & happy unlike Jamaica where after dark you stay on the resort unless u r black--it is that simple.

Hi, a few friends and I are planning a vacation in April. We are all 34 and want to go somewhere with warm sun, beautiful beaches and lovely women in their late 20s or early 30s. Any first-hand suggestions ? So far we have been bandying about places such as Cancun, St Marten, Verradero, Puerto Plata. We have good and bad about each, but I figure the folks on here either know what beautiful women are or are in fact beautiful women themselves.

It's too bad that you don't know what you're talking about when it comes to Jamaica...I do...the Jamaica you speak of existed 20 years ago, but not now. It's apparant the only way you can promote Cuba(which is probably very nice) is to denigrate another country...and if your grammer and English skills are representative of the depth of your knowledge of Cuba, then I'm afraid that your opinion should be taken with a grain of salt in this matter..

and by the way, I'm not black, or Jamaican..I just have first hand experience that Jamaica is not the hellhole you proclaim it to be...

from my own experience, if the original posters wants a sex vacation at a reasonable price, then the DR is good place to start.
