Who actually did this study what absolute bullshit. I've actually lived in a few of these places and I'd say they're no worse or better than any other cities. Funny how the surveyors didn't include any cities from Quebec

I will agree with you. I am from Quebec city with is listed as #6 of the nicest cities.

Propelling Vaughan to the forefront in rudeness is looking at their cell phone. Really ?? I can think of a lot worse social behavior. I wonder what the age make up of the respondents were and the youth content of the cities in question. The younger the participants, the more relatable social cell phone use is.
