Question for the fellow terbites..

I assume that many/some of you have SO, have a good corporate/government jobs or public jobs (doctors, lawyers etc).
Are you OK to share you linkedin, copy of your driver license or be subject to any other very invasive form of verification?
If not, how you get around it, or just skip high end providers all together.

I can see such requests from practically all high-end SPs, and I am fully understand why they ask.
Despite the fact that I met many great ladies who take the privacy seriously. there is still a risk the information can be exposed.

Your take?

I also fully understand why these SPs are asking for this, but I would never share it.
Too much risk, even with a very highly reputable SP.

Do you think these SPs are giving you their real name? Provide you with a copy of their driver's license?
Absolutely not, same reason.
Just to risky.

You may end up missing some great sessions with some amazing SPs though.

I won’t share such information and I actually don’t understand what the request is achieving - when they ask for a picture of your driver’s license with the name & date of birth blurred out what are they getting - other than a picture of someone’s photo identification that is possibly not even the ID of the person who is texting them - they have no way of knowing

I understand that it is being used as a way to weed out the time wasters from serious AND if something bad occurs they have a picture of the offender (if said offender share a real ID) but what are they really getting from this????

I hope someone here can explain - maybe a provider. It won’t change my resistance to sharing such information but it will help me to understand

I require verification from first-time clients because, as an independent provider who works alone and from a private residence, ensuring my safety is a top priority. Should anything ever go wrong, having basic identifying information is a reasonable precaution.

Additionally, screening helps filter out time-wasters, as well as individuals with harmful intentions. I understand that privacy is a concern for many, but discretion goes both ways, I take my clients’ confidentiality as seriously as my own safety. Those uncomfortable with verification always have the choice to seek alternative arrangements that better align with their comfort level.

There are many (many, many….) threads on this topic. Everyone has their reasons. I understand the reasons from the girls’ side, but at the same
time I’m not comfortable mixing my personal ID or professional identity with this world. That’s my own rule to keep me safe and comfortable. If a provider must have this info to book, and offers no alternatives (eg board handle, references), I’ll simply move on. We all need to set our own limits in this world, based on your personal tolerance of risk.

Know your limits and play within them 👏

I treat escorts same as anyone else, no issues with sharing personal info with agencies or their girls or indies I know. That said, don't share with random Leolist or completely unknown folks where ever in society. My wife and family expect honesty .. NOT sainthood Haha LOL ! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

As the old saying goes think with your big head. If you have to think too much and ponder about something you probably know what to do, never go against your own judgement. I've never been asked for such information and wouldn't give such information either.

We are all grown adults and of you're that horny and needy to drain the lizard that bad you have to do what you have to do lol.

It goes both ways :( I miss out on a lot of opportunities because I don’t take deposits (I like to protect my identity as well). I used to have a girlfriend who would accept etransfers in her account for me but it was getting complicated

I take etransfer deposits and it has worked well for me so far.
I’ve been doing that for years.
Ottawa is full of time wasters & scams. Last min cancellation is also a big problem.
Since I am asking for deposits , I have erased that problem completely..

I am well established and I think everyone knows that I wouldn’t jeopardize my reputation over 100$
That would be the dumbest move ever …

Stay safe 💕

It's not about your or other provider reputation. Once information is stored in the bank or phone it can hacked, stolen, seized etc..

I keep as low a profile as I can, but people still attempt to scam or defraud me or hack my accounts every day by means of phishing texts or emails. I protect my personal information and never release so much as a picture if I don't absolutely have to. No-one is completely trustworthy, there are just varying degrees of risk.

I have nothing to hide and have no problem with giving ID. I will not prepay. I have been seeing Canadian providers for about 03 years and am well-known here and on other boards.

What is odd from years ago is the use of text vs. calling. When I hosted the Phx Private list (about 1500 members) and did sky-high escort parties, the majority of providers would not take appts by text. They wanted to hear the potential client. Did he sound drink, was he a jerk, a time waster etc.

I admire folks who can type so well on the a phone - I have a 50% error rate. When I travel, I pack a full-size keyboard to use on my laptop since I am used to a big keyboard like use now with 7 big screens in front of me when at home.

I also have never tipped, and it has never been an issue—that silliness when hourly rates are so high and considered an insult in Asia and based on racism from black train porters when that was all the money they got. I consider providers professionals who you don't tip. When I was in Germany, restaurants just rounded up to the nearest Euro, so I didn't deal with small changes.

I plan to eventually make it to Ottawa as I escape the heat of Phoenix in the summer and go to Canada for typically about a week at a time. In Ottawa, I want to go to the Oh Canada dinner show, which I loved twice when it was in the much larger (huge) theater in Niagara Falls before COVID-19 and it almost went under. But moved to Ottawa in a much smaller venue.

I understand why some SPs ask for it but i would never provide it. I lose out but that's ok. Sometimes you luck out and an SP works out of a SPA every once in a while and that provides an opportunity to meet someone you wouldn't be able to otherwise. I have not seen that happen often though as it is understandable as they would need to share part of their rate with the SPA.

even if the SP is careful with the information you provide if it goes into the wrong hands a lot can go wrong. Anyone can be hacked and not everyone knows how to properly handle such information (but may think what they are doing is more than good enough). Once it's out there good luck getting it removed. The internet is forever.
