Video Chat Rooms??

Does anyone know of any good video chat boards??
I'm talking aboiut the ones where you can use your webcam and chat with girls. And no I'm not talking about those boards where you buy credits to see some girl strip.

I got a webcam for xmas and I figure I might as well put it to use

I personally prefer everything done in person.
