The vid's in FLV format, a Flash file. There's no easy way to click and save, but you can access and copy it from your browser's cache. Easy way to do this is the clear all cache and history from the browser, surf to the link of the vid, let it download and play in full, view the cache and look for the FLV file. Then copy and paste it, open it with a FLV viewer/player, then convert to AVI or whatever.
