I'm not sure how much of this is true, but I was told if you are a martial artist, you are legally bound as any part of his/her body is deemed lethal weapons (legs, fists etc etc). As he being a MMA fighter it will defiantly bring him into some sort of legal battle. No matter what, you are trained to be composed. He is at total fault and so as the other guy. Now giving that interview with TMZ, it will cause more grief for him if the police gets involved. His buddy tried to hold him back because he knew what damage he can do, but Roger was totally enraged already.
As a matter of principle, I never go clubbing in the US without packing heat.

I find the Canadian ones have much more usually in the 18-20 group which is not in the US. Plus the factor there there may be a gun floating seems to keep ppl a little more in line.

Quite honestly the time it takes a person to actually draw the gun and have the balls to pull the triggers may vary, plus hitting your target is another thing. Either way I think carrying a knife is much worse than a gun in close combat fight..
What exactly is the appeal of these clubs anyways?
