Virtual DVD Software?

Is there any software (free preferably) that will allow me to set up a virtual DVD burner so I can have it create ISO images on my HDD?

I am not sure exactly what you want to do but see if one of these helps:

You need something to rip your DVD and make an ISO image first. There are many freeware to do this, such as:

MagicISO

You also need to install a CD/DVD drive emulator in your computer to read the virtual DVD, such as:

Daemon Tools

No that is not what I want to do. I want something that will create a virtual DVD BURNER...so I can actually write to an ISO file.. then in the future I can take that ISO and burn it to a DVD if I want..

If yolu have the DVD already ripped ..... either from a download or you have something like AntDVD (BUY) which can rip your DVD in ISO format for you to your Hard Drive oruse IMGBURN (free) which will convert your files into an ISO for you. I ahve not looked but am pretty sure Nero will do this for you as well in the tools section.
