here are a link to the candidates for the Marxist Leninist party of Canada, that was omitted from the poll:

How awesome would it be if they pulled a Jessie Venture and actually won.....

I would vote Libertarian if they were a significant party, but will be voting conservative. I hate it when politicians think that they know how to spend my money better than I do. That is essentially the position of the tax and spend Liberals and NDP.

I would vote BQ if they ran candidates in Toronto. They have a better vision of Canada than the other parties do. I'm not the 1 vote for Duceppe because unfortunately there's no candidate for the BQ in my riding--but I do get to try and vote out Olivia. In my riding it's really a race between the Liberals and the NDP. The Conservatives don't have a chance. I wouldn't have voted for Harper anyway, but even if I wanted to, a vote for the C's is a wasted vote when only the Liberal candidate has any chance of unseating Olivia.

What vision for Canada? A country that they're not a part of?

I will admit that Duceppe did better than I expected in the English debate (except the question where he shared his view on immigration). The guys whole campaign is that Quebec should be it's own nation or failing that have the right to pretend it is.

The guy's politics are even more messed than the rest. I hope that your comments are just trolling.

I do agree about Chow though.

The funny thing about the bloc is that they claim to want a more independent Quebec, but they also seem to want a large more socialist federal government.

If one was truly interest in an independent Quebec or at least a more independent Quebec, should they not be running on an libertarian platform of a federal government restricted to foreign affairs, national defense and other similar issues and leave the big spending items for the PQ to deal with on a provincial and or local level.

But as we all know, for many Quebec separatism is more about being a bunch of rent seeking cunts http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rent_seeking rather than any interest in an independent Quebec. When you consider how much more they get in equalization, EI, 1/3 of the federal public disservice and the like, they would take a huge hit with independence and they know it.

As for me. I am a Jim Hacker man. Jim Hacker is the lad you want for PM

You're dead on. Toronto is a Liberal cesspool. Torontonians are about to find out what the rest of Canada thinks about the visiting professor on May 2nd.
Not only is the GTA a Liberal cesspool voter-wise, so is the media. From the Toronto Star to CP24, they have their noses so far up Iggy's arse.

No worries, the polls today have the Conservatives holding their 10 point lead. Hope Iggy kept his passport up to date, he'll be using it soon to go home.

Exactly which poll are you referring to? A reference would be nice.

How about this one tracking all the latest polls; from http://www.cbc.ca/news/interactives/cv11-poll-tracker/

Even in TERB...with its more LIBERAL clientele...seated right in the heart of Toronto....

I am shocked at how poorly the LIBERALS are doing in this poll!!

Truly.....

If you look back in the posts when I put the poll up....I had predicted the Liberals would get 60% of the TERB vote...

With the Liberals holding a 4 point lead in the TERB poll.....and a +/-5 factor in the TERB margin of error...They are running neck and neck...

Truly shocking.....and perhaps a wakeup call to the LIBERALS!!1

To believe that you'd have to believe this sample is representative of Canada.

I know we are 100,000 strong, but i don't think the LPOC is monitoring our tiny survey.

I seem to remember in past elections, the conservatives winning in terb polls. I don't think that terb is even representative of Toronto. It tends to favour demographics that the conservatives do well in. E.g. male, people with enough income to hobby, likely a bit older than average, etc. Thus, I am a bit surprised the conservatives are doing so poorly here, despite the Toronto bias.

On the other hand 44% is more than most polls give them, so the conservative sare not doing badly, relative to regular polls. It is the liberals that seem to have really inflated numbers in this poll.

I know we are 100,000 strong, but i don't think the LPOC is monitoring our tiny survey.
Perhaps they should advertise on terb. More terb members seem receptive to their message than the general population. Lol. Perhaps Fred should offer to sell them some advertising space.
