I was in a chatroom..(blame it on boredom) and I saw this guy had a webcam which didn't show his normal face, but had the ability to do all sorts of amazing visual effects like turn his face into neon lighting and make the whole visual webcam display look like a black and white old movie 33mm effect like on The Ring, where the girl is coming out of the well.
