Then she called her boss (Tina i guess) and chatted loudly and aggressively in chinese, also tried to stop me for exiting while she was talking. Finally she agreed but I was a bit scared then and I decided to just leave.

If I remember correctly, the girls only get paid the tips. If all you want is a massage you are expected to pay for it. The door fee is just the room.
They really do a shitty job explaining it because Tina is paranoid about saying anything that might suggest she knows what's going on in the room.
I imagine the conversation amounted to Tina telling her to give you the free massage because you might be a cop.
You pay the door fee (40/60/80) to the girl in the room, then she takes it out of the room and comes back in a couple minutes. If you want a shower ask before she leaves. When she comes back she'll start the massage - not a body slide, but an actual hard massage.
After the massage, she'll ask if you want an HE. At this point you could ask her how much for the tip, or if any other options are available.
I think this is the part where the forum rules say I can't talk about details, but if you take $200 plus the door fee you won't spend it all, and if all you want is a HE you can go back after lunch.
Don't expect KW quality ladies. They aren't even close.
