I think for men, you can scratch off some of the ones women care most about:
-money
-status
-education
-power
-intelligence
-height
For men, the most important ones are
-looks
-compatability
-personality
Young women want (or figure that they are entitled to) way more than what is on your list. By age 38 things start dropping of their lists.)
By age 45 or so they are happy if you can afford to take them to Red Lobster

I`d bet many here will confirm if you have dated women in their 40`s and 50`s one thing only matters...$$$$$$$$$. They will grab all they can.

Well what about groupies of shitty bands and those girls that run off with bikers? They certainly aren't after money. What women want is an age old question, it can't be just one thing. Money seems like the obvious answer because you can do things you want with it but thats like saying women want what women want. I'd say it really depends on how she was raised and family background.
I've really thought about this for a while. And I think this sums it up.
1. Looks - Genetic Compatibility: Is the guy the right race. Is he tall? Is he in great shape? Does he have big cock? Women generally shoot 3 ratings above them self on scale of 1 to 10.
2. Social Mobility: Can this guy enhance my social status. Can he make me more popular - gain validation from my friends, family and society. Can help me move up in society and monkey branch to a better guy.
3. Money: Does this guy have lot of money? Can he provide me security. If I divorce him can take half his money to increase my status and security
4. Personality: Is this guy funny? Is he fun to be around? Can I manipulate him?

That makes sense. I don't think if a homeless guy came up to a woman that they'd give him a chance, no matter how nice he was. Or even, say, a grocery store clerk.
Sure.........how many women would choose to marry a guy who makes minimum wage? Answer that. They may run away with the bad boy with no future, hump him a few times, be rebellious but in the end, if the relationship runs into money problems, it ain't going to last.
