tbill has more than once announced the long anticipated (by him) resurrection of gtac (not capitalized). In fact, he went so far as to announce on SV that it would be highlighted by a grand public event that included only "slightly illegal activities".

But other than an increasingly brave presence on some minor (and sporadically online) local boards, its only been talk up until now. I hear he had one of his patented meltdowns today though, so perhaps that akin to the smoke before the erruption!
