sarahs for sure.... if u want a good shawarma go to ottawa buddy but if your settling in toronto its on bloor st i pretty sure near brunswick avenue

I've been enjoying the 2-for-1 Ibrahim BBQ Place on Lawrence E , just west of Warden on the south side (parking lot accessed from Wayne Ave)
Good place on south east corner of Church & Dundas - has 2 for 1 specials through the week too. Samosas are good too.
This qualifies as hearsay, since I've been told it's good but haven't tried it myself. Square Boy on the Danforth just east of Jones.
Ali babas is pretty good..... I used to hit the one on Queen St West and the guy made a really good HOT HOT sauce.
Tried it, though it was average (a little dry).Not in Toronto, but I love Nick's Shawarma in Mississauga.
There is a place nearby on Eglinton east of Tomken called Pita & Grill. I haven't been there in years, but the owner's hot daughter(s) used to work there.
